Site audits are completed internally every quarter for HACCP, with annual external checks. We are also Organic certified and Export registered.
Quality Control checks throughout the Hunter production process ensure our produce is HACCP ready.
All handling stages – from the farm to you – are fully bio-secure, with farmers, transportation, storage and production lines passing regular inspection and checks.
Incoming and outgoing produce is grain moisture, and protein tested. Screening samples and test weights are recorded and provided to food manufacturing customers.
Clear reporting ensures a constant and quality supply of grain, seed or beans to manufacture food.

Currently, Hunter Premium Wholefoods have a fleet of trucks delivering bulk produce to Food Manufacturing customers in the Victorian market.
The Hunter fleet of 4 trucks operates from Central Victoria. We deliver bulk, high-quality grain to ensure your production lines keep producing. Reputable transport companies are contracted where demand is high.
Our trucks and contractors comply with Organic Certification and HACCP requirements. Hunter Premium drivers are educated and aware of the conditions when handling food-grade produce, with cleaning regimes completed between deliveries.
